[Bardis] USB to Displayport issues.

Apparently having two USB to Displayport causes issues after rebooting the machine. The adapters also seem to stay on and delay the reboot after windows shuts down. This also causes a small number of odd colored pixels to appear after reboot on an all black screen(s)? Having just one causes the same delay but the machine reboots into windows fine.
