White and blue build up in CPU loop, Coolant Change.

I noticed a whitish film inside the resovoir (Plasticizer from running vinegar thru the loop a month or so ago?) and flushed it with vinegar and about a gallon of distilled water. Loop is crystal clear now. Also temps are lower, from 140f to about 117f now.
