CPU loop topped off, swapped reservoir caps.

[Balthazar] Google Chrome Reinstall & GPU Loop top off

Chrome has been acting odd for a few days. When I open a new tab and drag it to another window, it ends up bringing the source window with it, with the source window popping onto the new monitor.
It seems to work now
I also topped off the GPU Loop
